I am licensed in Iowa (LISW) with 22 years of professional experience providing individual therapy. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, and bipolar disorder. I also have significant experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
