Kellyanne Brady

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I have over six years experience working with individuals with mental health concerns. I have worked with clients who have been diagnosed with a wide range of disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, addiction, and personality disorders. I have also worked with individuals experiencing difficulty coping with life transitions, anger management issues, and self-esteem concerns. I define my approach to counseling as person-centered, which focuses on developing a supportive relationship with my clients that allows me to assist them in utilizing their strengths in order to determine solutions that work for them. In order to support this approach, I utilize interventions from other theoretical frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor my treatment approach to each client individually in order to ensure the client’s ultimate experience in therapy.
