About Kelsey Blahnik's service

The areas I have the most experience supporting include substance use, disordered eating, parenting, chronic illness, marital/premarital, and other relationship issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work from Florida State University, I will take a holistic approach to your mental health. I believe that seeking help is a sign of strength. You will be empowered to set your own goals and work toward a more present, balanced, fulfilling life. I previously provided individual and group therapy and assessments in outpatient substance abuse and detox inpatient units. Most recently, I worked on the HUD VASH intensive team at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Kelsey is available on weekends and evenings and offers secure video sessions. I am Prepare/Enrich certified for couples therapy and primarily utilize an IFS framework.
