I am licensed in Florida with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, caregiver burnout, aging and end-of-life, motivation, self esteem, confidence issues, & depression. My therapy style is based on mixture of cognitive behavioral, problem-solving, psychodynamic, and solution- focused modalities. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
