About Kenya Duncan's service

I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in Arkansas for 7 years as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients who struggle with trauma issues like sexual and physical abuse, depression, anger, and anxiety. I have also helped those with relationship and conflict issues, parenting problems and those with ADHD. My counseling style is non-judgmental and compassionate. I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them become the best version of themselves. It is my goal to empower clients to reach individualized goals and objectives. My approach combines the strengths-based perspective, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and ecological perspectives. I enjoy teaching mindfulness, a growth mindset, and fostering the change process. I support and am in awe of anyone who seeks intervention toward healing and happiness. Could this be you? I look forward to meeting and working with you!
