Kenya Rouska

Kenya Rouska is a licensed clinical social worker in Texas with four years of experience providing psychotherapy to clients in a private practice setting. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Throughout her years in private practice, Kenya has worked with adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with a wide range of mental health issues and disorders, including depression, anxiety/panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, psychosis, relationship issues, intimacy issues, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, body image, personality disorders, eating disorders, addiction issues, and the emotional challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Kenya has worked extensively with individuals associated with the military, including active duty, dependents, and veterans. As a former military spouse, she has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with the military lifestyle. Kenya believes that there is no one-size-fits-all therapeutic approach and works collaboratively with each client to determine the most appropriate treatment approach. She congratulates her clients on taking the first step in their journey and looks forward to building a rewarding therapeutic relationship together.
