Hi everyone! Are you feeling a bit lost or like something in your life is just not right? I am here to help. As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and over 12 years of experience helping hundreds of individuals overcome personal life challenges, I have also helped individuals learns valuable skills that have helped them reduce and manage the effects of stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression in their life. Additionally, I have extensive trauma training and specialize in helping individuals overcome fears, phobias, and past traumas. Lastly, after years of Directing a Substance Use Recovery Program, I am experienced in helping individuals overcome addictions and compulsions such as substance use and overeating. One of the things that bring me the most joy is seeing clients who are smiling and at peace after a few sessions when in the beginning of our time of working together, were very emotional and struggling with inner turmoil. To see individuals grow, learn, and discover their unrealized strengths and abilities; there are few things as beautiful in the world. Opening up to a stranger and telling them your deepest darkest secret can be very scary! So my approach is to get to know you and to help you feel comfortable first. If you can picture a person who has gotten lost in the woods. In their frantic, use their radio to call out for help. My aim is to hear the call and while talking, gather information that will help me get a picture of where they are and how they got there, then help guide them to where they want to be.
