About Kizzy- Ann Rose's service

I believe that therapy is a gift that you deserve to give yourself at least once in your lifetime. Throughout my career, I have seen many individuals benefit from allowing themselves to fully experience therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in the field for the past 10 years. I have specialties in the following areas: addiction, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, couple’s therapy, divorce, parenting, family conflict, codependency and much more. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing techniques, Solution Focused Therapy as well as mindfulness are some of the clinical approaches that I utilize in my sessions. As a Certified Qualified Supervisor I also provide supervision for masters levels clinicians seeking licensure in the field. I believe that listening is one of the most important hallmarks of being a good clinician. I look forward to forming a positive relationship with you soon!
