Dr. Kristen Rumley is a licensed therapist with 21 years of professional work experience in Pennsylvania. With 8 years of active duty service in the military, she has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in high-stress environments. Dr. Rumley specializes in helping clients with stress and anxiety, grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. With 15 years of specialized experience working with military personnel, military families, first responders, and disaster response, she is well-equipped to provide tailored support to these populations. Additionally, Dr. Rumley is highly skilled in working with individuals on relationship issues, boundaries, and attachment theory. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to openly share their thoughts and feelings. Genuine and authentic, Dr. Rumley is committed to doing her best to help people achieve their goals.
