About Kristin Taman's service

I am a licensed therapist in Washington State with 4 years of professional work experience. I attended Wake Forest University to obtain my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, depression and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I am eclectic in my approach, utilizing both directive and non-directive counseling techniques to best fit your needs. I will use my clinical knowledge and experience to help you find the answers and peace you are looking for. Often, people are not aware of their automatic negative thoughts and the damage they can do. Challenging and changing thoughts with you in session is helpful in working towards this feeling of wholeness.
