Hi, I’m Kristina, a licensed mental health professional with over six years of experience supporting individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, CPTSD, trauma, and other mental health concerns. My approach is client-centered, empathetic, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic techniques, mindfulness, and solution-focused brief therapy. I believe in the power of holistic care—considering the whole person, not just their symptoms—and fostering collaboration to help you achieve your goals. I aim to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.
