Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 12 years of professional work experience including helping clients with relationship issues & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My counseling style is pretty laid back and I find myself to have a pretty good sense of humor. I enjoy helping individuals find their path to more happier and thriving times as well as couples rekindle their desire for each other and help remember why you saw in each at the beginning of the relationship. I also thrive with older teens with self-confidence, decision making and overall direction. My therapy style is very client-centered as it is my job to help you find the answers rather than me telling you what I think you want to hear. Change is hard and I will work with you to go down that path together.
