Welcome! I am a psychotherapist based out of Los Angeles, CA committed to helping individuals from all walks of life on their journey toward healing. My background in community mental health has given me experience working with clients that span across a large spectrum of mental health symptoms and diagnoses. As your therapist, it is my goal to build an alliance and walk with you toward your desire for change and holistic wellness. I believe wholeheartedly that change is possible, and although painful & sometimes lengthy, it is 100% worth it. Let’s work together to uncover the best version of yourself! In my therapeutic approach, I work with individuals and families through multiple treatment modalities (ACT, CBT, Psychodynamic) to identify goals and develop a collaborative treatment plan together. This journey involves a partnership between the client and therapist to tackle the issues at hand one by one- you are not alone! In addition to specializing in Trauma, Mood, and Anxiety Disorders; I am passionate about the connection between chronic illness and the effects it has on a person’s mental health.
