I am a licensed mental health counselor having obtained over 5 years of experience delivering crisis, case management, behavioral specialist consultations, interventions, and mental health counseling. Effective and efficient therapeutic background focusing on the totality of clients served by facilitating individualistic person-centered care while utilizing research-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; all expedited with collaborative and constructive goal composition and treatment planning. I initiate all partnerships by guiding with compassion and empathy as a counselor, and I am open to working with all individuals regardless of age or population.
