I have worked as a therapist in the state of Tennessee for over 20 years. My passion is helping couples and individuals live their best life. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I have also worked with sexual assault survivors and childhood trauma. I use evidence based interventions to assist individuals and couples in their healing process. My focus has always been working with cients who struggle in their relationships. I know relationships can add great joy to our lives but relationships can also cause great stress. I have worked with many couples to help heal some of the fractures. I have assisted couples in overcoming infidelity, couples considering their options to remain together or seperate. I have assisted couples when there is high conflict or great distance which leaves you cold tpo each other. I help couples begin to see their partner through a different lense. I am certified as a Level 2 Gottman Therapist. I am also trained in Emotionally Focus therapy.
