I am a licensed professional counselor in Alabama with several years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, domestic violence, self-esteem, etc. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, reality therapy, client centered therapy, and solution focused.
