Laura Johnson (Psychologist)

I am a Psychologist who is licensed in both Florida and Kentucky and I have 24 years of professional work experience as a mental health professional. Before becoming a psychologist I served in the US Army as a military police officer – I have been in therapy myself! I have experience in helping clients with trauma, stress, anxiety, sleeping disorders, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I think of myself as your “sherpa,” we will climb that mountain together!
