About Laura Pelton-Sweet's service

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who is blessed to love my work. Using creative expression and exploratory conversation, I have (since 2006) had the honor of witnessing my clients’ personal, relational, and professional growth. I have been licensed to practice counseling in Massachusetts since 2013, and was previously licensed in Texas. Clients who respond well to me are often learning to cope with and heal challenges related to: anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, self-esteem and confidence, relationship concerns, career exploration and life transition, grief/loss, and issues specific to women. I enjoy making use of mindfulness based approaches and therapeutic creative expression with clients of all ages and backgrounds during a variety of life transitions.
