Hello, my name is Laura. I have been counseling for over 15 years. My theoretical orientation is Existentialism, although I am inspired by CBT, REBT and most especially radical acceptance and mindfulness. I have experience working in psychiatric hospitals and with addictions and currently am the Program Director of an IOP.
