Lauren Denney is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey towards personal growth and empowerment. With over four years of experience in providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, Lauren has gained valuable insights and expertise in various areas of mental health. She understands the importance of tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of her clients and help them achieve their goals. In her sessions, Lauren utilizes a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based strategies, a Family systems approach, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Solution-focused strategies. She has successfully worked with individuals dealing with mood disorders, stress management, self-esteem issues, family conflicts, life transitions, and grief/loss. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Texas A&M Kingsville and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University.
