About Lauren Gembry's service

Lauren has experience with the co-occurring, substance abuse and mental health population; working with young children, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and family/couple conflict. Clients who have the will and desire to improve their lives and will work with her to help make that change for the long-term. Lauren works from a structured, creative and eclectic standpoint in order to help clients address and overcome their struggles. All clients have individual needs and she will create treatment plans based off the client’s individuality incorporating mindfulness, DBT, play therapy, and talk therapy. Lauren works to create a safe, fun environment to foster change in clients. Her goal is to help clients feel comfortable and open and most of all, heard and supported.
