About Lauren Goodlet's service

I am an LPCC in the state of ohio and have experience working with a multitude of diagnosis and life struggles. Some of these include: struggles with anxiety, seasons of change in life, relationship struggles, caregiver fatigue (especially for caregivers of those with special needs), and infertility to name a few. I have a background in Christian counseling however welcome clients of all beliefs and backgrounds. I use a couple of approaches in counseling including a combination DBT, CBT, and ACT. This looks a little different with every client as I believe every person and situation is unique and my ultimate goal is to empower you. It takes so much courage and vulnerability to open up with the things we as humans struggle with, especially to a stranger, and I thank you so much for considering allowing me to walk alongside you in this season.
