Lauren Herzog

Lauren Herzog is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LFMT) based in Texas. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, WA, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She takes a systemic and holistic approach to therapy, drawing on her clinical education and training in Systems Therapy. Lauren understands that each client has unique needs, and therefore utilizes a variety of theories and techniques in her work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT (trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, and Systems Therapy. With extensive experience working with parents, children, adolescents, families, couples, and college-age individuals, Lauren’s main objective as a therapist is to empower her clients to become the best versions of themselves possible.
