A person-centered supportive approach to being your best you. I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Georgia with over 12 years of experience working as a family preservation worker and therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, addiction, depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues, and parenting problems. I have also helped many who have experienced cognitive decline with aging, specifically related to Alzheimer’s and Dementia. My counseling style is supportive and real. I believe in treating everyone with the respect, compassion, and dignity they deserve, always working at their desired pace. My approach combines Person-Centered Counseling and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, where I work to strengthen the therapeutic alliance and focus on an individual’s strengths.
