Lauren Novak

Lauren Novak is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas with 7 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in various settings including intake, residential, intensive outpatient, mobile crisis, holistic care, and outpatient, gaining a broad range of clinical experience with various population groups. Lauren specializes in working with addictions, eating disorders, complex trauma/abuse, LGBTQ+ related struggles, stress/anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. She is also certified as a personal trainer, nutritionist, yoga instructor, and somatic experience practitioner, and she believes in offering her knowledge and tools to those she serves. Lauren’s personal struggle with mental health is what drew her to the field, and she is open to sharing more of her story with clients.
