About Lauren Scupp's service

Welcome to Better Help! My name is Lauren Scupp and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in the State of New York. I completed my Undergraduate and Masters from Hofstra University. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, substance use, career challenges, and more. My approach to therapy is to be direct, honest, and work collaboratively, where you will be provided a comfortable environment to express your thoughts and feelings. My hope is to become part of your support circle where I can offer an outside perspective and empathy for challenges you are experiencing. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
