Laurie-Anne Kuzel (LMHC)

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have experience with working with children, teenagers and young adults to help them overcome feelings of depression and anxiety, deal with their substance usage and addiction problems and learn ways to be a more intimate and connected couple. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, stress management, increasing self-worth, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment and work/life balance.
