Laurie Gaddy is a licensed counselor with over 11 years of professional work experience in Texas and Alabama. Specializing in stress-related disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, domestic violence, abuse, and trauma, Laurie has a wide range of experience working with diverse clients in various professional settings. She primarily utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, but also incorporates aspects of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. Laurie believes in tailoring her approach and treatment plan to meet the specific needs and challenges of each individual client.
