Hello! Thank you for taking time to read my profile. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have been working in social services for 30 years. For the past 19 years, I have been providing therapy services to adults and teens. My primary focus in therapy is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I incorporate aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Strength based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed care. My philosophy as a therapist is to approach therapy from a strengths based prospective. I believe that being a therapist is a privileged chair to be in, and my goal is to build on my clients strengths and their skills to manage the challenges that life presents.
