I truly believe that once we are able to clear away some of the ego, our inner voice/higher self can be heard and that is when incredible shifts in life begin! Shifts that lead to our best selves! I am licensed clinical social worker who has received extensive training in many trauma focused modalities such CPT, CBT, EMDR and PE. I’m also and Advanced Clinical Heart Centered Hypnotherapist and am blown away with its capacity to transform lives. I am trained to work with children, teenagers, couples and groups.
