Leila El-Bathy

Leila El-Bathy is a highly experienced mental health professional with over seven years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Wayne State University. Throughout her career, Leila has worked in various roles, enabling her to assist clients in all stages of their mental health journeys, from crisis intervention to coping strategies, stabilization, and ultimately, personal growth. Leila utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. Her expertise extends to working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, post-partum symptoms, psychosis, low self-esteem and confidence, grief, trauma, and body image issues.
