I am Licensed Professional Counselor and I have dedicated my life to helping individuals in need of finding their light through life’s most darkest of times. For over 10 years I have worked with children, individual and families in various settings. I am very passionate about counseling and committed to helping the clients that I serve to restore peace and find solace in difficult times. I have assisted clients with various issues including substance abuse, conflict resolution, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, career/vocational guidance and family and personal crisis. A few of my therapeutic approaches include CBT, REBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. My previous work experience includes providing individual, marital and family counseling in private practice settings, Crisis/Intake Team Leader, former owner of New Solutions DUI & Defensive Driving School where I provided alcohol and drug education classes and served as a treatment provider for the Multiple Offender Treatment Program of Georgia. I understand that the decision to seek counseling requires a great deal of courage and as a therapist I strive to provide the warmest, most caring, nonjudgmental environment to afford my clients an opportunity to discuss the details of their issues and concerns with confidence.
