About Lenore Gray's service

My education includes a Master of Divinity in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University. I have experience counseling individuals, couples and families using a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, directed imagery and grief counseling. I have over 10 years experience working with people suffering from mood disorders (e.g. anxiety and depression), grief, and issues stemming from trauma, abuse, neglect, poor communication, etc. My professional skills and training rest on a solid foundation of life experience and a close walk with Jesus. My mission is to provide an open, nonjudgmental environment where you can receive encouragement, support, and practical tools to live a fuller, more joyful life in healthy relationship with God and others. I’m a native of downstate Illinois. I am a single mother and grandmother with two married adult children and two granddaughters. I love walking in nature, gardening, art, sewing and raspberry ice cream with dark chocolate chips.
