Hello! I’m Lesa Vivio (pronounced lee-za), a licensed counselor in Pennsylvania. My mission for the past two decades has been to assist individuals in finding their path to personal growth and wellness by improving their awareness, understanding, and adaptability to change. I have significant experience in helping clients deal with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & anger management. At my core, I am a teacher and like to help you challenge your beliefs so that you may expand and grow. Every person is different, so I will work with you to identify a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Starting this process takes a lot of courage and I commend you for this first step! I would be honored to help you find the insight that you need to move forward with more confidence, insight, and esteem. I have an eclectic and integrative approach to treatment because I have equal passions for the scientific and the intuitive. In addition to degrees in Philosophy and Counseling Psychology, I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider that is specially trained in Couples and Relationship Issues, Trauma-Informed Care, Traumatic Brain Injury/Concussion, and Mindfulness. In addition to clinical approaches, I am also well-versed and trained in many complimentary and alternative healing arts, such as: Vibrational Medicine and Sound Healing, Energy Medicine, Hypnotherapy, Yoga and Meditation, Qigong, Interfaith Spiritual Counseling, and am a practicing Reiki Master.
