I am licensed in Indiana with more than 15 years of professional work experience. I have a variety of experiences in helping clients with trauma and abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I tend to rely on a combined approach of validation, collaboration, & listening with coaching of skills to support and encourage your personal growth and progress. I believe that the change process is fostered through strong relationships, and should be collaborative. I strive to treat every person with whom I interact with absolute respect, sensitivity, and compassion, & believe in supporting your individual free will with regard to your life choices.
