About Libby Triolo's service

I am a licensed counselor in the state of Colorado. I have been working in the field for 5 years. My experience includes working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, AHDA and ASD. I have also worked with individuals working through crisis, as well as trauma. I believe in treating my client’s needs over labels. My approach is to treat you as an individual and partner with you in the healing process. Successful counseling relies heavily on the therapeutic relationship between myself and my client. I work to provide a safe space for you to express and reflect upon your needs and goals. I draw upon Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT, and Solution Focused Therapy. Stepping into change and growth can be difficult and I’d love to be the one to support you on that journey.
