Linett Negroni, a female therapist, believes that the therapeutic relationship should be a place where clients feel seen, heard, understood, and respected. With a personal style that is casual, humorous, and transparent, Linett has extensive experience working with teens, young adults, and adults who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma-responses, disordered eating, body image concerns, and difficulties in personal, familial, or professional relationships. In collaboration with Linett, clients will have the opportunity to step back from their lives and critically observe and identify hidden obstacles that may go unnoticed in their day-to-day experiences. From there, the work evolves into co-creating steps to make changes that lead to a greater sense of well-being and understanding. Linett aims to facilitate change early on in the therapeutic process, practicing from a Psychodynamic, Cognitive, and Behavioral Theory framework. Recognizing that therapy can be both financially and emotionally expensive, Linett is committed to being transparent about the skills necessary to facilitate change and will openly discuss this with clients from the beginning of their collaboration.
