User friendly and respectful would be the descriptors I start with when giving information about myself. I’ve worked in the Mental Health field for over 25 years and I’ve had the opportunity to learn a great deal about what is needed to help others with making difficult changes. I’ve found that I don’t need to have all the answers to be a great therapist but I do have be respectful of where the person is coming from and where they are trying to go. Often, we have an idea of what we need to do to feel happier and more balanced but we get overloaded in chaos. I can help with that burden so you aren’t in it alone.
