Together we will work on identifying and strengthening positive coping skills that will lead you toward HARMONY and BALANCE in your life. My goal is to meet all clients – where they are – to provide support and encouragement while they determine uniquely individual paths toward meaningful lives. I am a seasoned counselor with expertise in dealing with adolescents, adults, and elders as they address various types of trauma, depression, anxiety, ineffective communication skills, substance addiction, stress management, anger management, and low-self-esteem. I am also able to provide a spiritual approach if that is what you prefer. I make use of psychotherapy approaches that focus on changing problematic behaviors, feelings, and thoughts to help clients identify the root causes and motives behind negative behaviors.
