I have 20 plus years of experience helping people to overcome some of life’s most difficult problems, and I am generalist, which means I can work with all ages and issues, including work with couples, families, and teens. I take a humanistic, strength-based approach, together we will focus on your concerns, develop a plan to reduce your distress and help you move in the direction of positive change to reach your personal goals.
