My name is Lorie Bray and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with a Bachelors in Social Worker and a Masters of Science in Education in mental health counseling from Western Illinois University. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution focused therapy.
