Many of my clients grew up in dysfunctional families or cultures, where people were not encouraged to be their true selves. My clients often came to believe they were bad or that the world itself was bad. I help individual clients process the symptoms of such environments, which often includes trauma, perfectionism, anger, money issues, identity loss, relationship problems, codependency, addictions, low self esteem, work-aholism, negative thinking, anxiety/depression, shame, a loud inner critic and more. Mindfulness, somatic, cognitive behavioral, inner child and polygonal approaches are a few of the proven methods I use. I offer both spiritual and psychological perspectives holistically. I love being a therapist. I offer my support from an overflow. So many people have suffered from shame and fear and have no secure place where they can be themselves.
