My name is Luella LaRoche, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree from Barry University, specializing in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy. In my work with adults, I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
