Dr. Lychene Saah is a highly trained and experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With a Master’s degree in Guidance & Counseling and a Doctorate degree in Christian Counseling, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her practice. In addition, Dr. Saah holds multiple academic degrees in science and education from universities across three continents, reflecting her analytical and detail-oriented approach to counseling. She specializes in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, parenting difficulties, marital problems, family conflicts, relationship challenges, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), fear, self-worth, self-love, self-esteem, and stress. As an Educational Counselor, Dr. Saah has successfully guided numerous youths in preparing for college, with many achieving admissions to top universities.
