Lydia Bishop

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been in the field for over 10 years. I have a variety of experience working with teens, young adults and their families. I have been in community based work for over 10 years and have also worked in a private practice setting. I have worked with clients dealing with many different kinds of struggles from anxiety, depression, family issues, divorce/separation, addiction, parenting concerns, and relationship issues. I have also worked with many clients around building self-esteem and self-love. When working with my clients, I come from a very relational approach. I believe in authentic and genuine connection with my clients to help them in their journey of growth and change. In the therapeutic relationship, it is very important for you to feel safe and heard in your sessions with me. I mostly use Person-Center, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Reaching out for help is the first step in achieving your goals.
