I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri with over three years of experience as a clinical therapist. I have experience working with individuals from various walks of life with varying concerns including attachment issues, trauma, depression, stress and anxiety, parenting problems, self-esteem, and family conflict. I have extensive experience working with adopted individuals and individuals who have experienced childhood abuse and neglect. I believe that therapy requires a relationship centered around empathy, understanding, trust, and non-judgement. I practice acceptance of all clients regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation or identity, or religious beliefs. I work with you to establish a therapeutic approach that feels right to you and have experience in providing relational therapy, attachment-based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical (DBT), trauma focused, solution-focused brief (SFBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems.
