I am licensed in Minnesota with 17 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and coping with life changes. My practice is person-centered, which means that I attempt to meet people where they are, without judgment, and attempt to understand their goals and the barriers they face in achieving them.
