As a seasoned licensed clinician with over 20 years experience, my therapeutic approach is primarily focused on your strengths. I am well versed in various therapeutic techniques, such as solution focused, cognitive-behavioral, motivational and mindfulness based therapy. I also have extensive experience in psychodynamic and behavioral approaches. My experience with a variety of populations, such as adults, children, and families along all racial lines has contributed to my therapeutic success.
