Life is filled with beautiful moments and painful ones. I am committed to partnering with clients in navigating through the rough patches of life. I love seeing people overcome their struggles and find the inner strength to resolve their distress. I have personally experienced the pain life can bring and have also experienced great victory. I’ve witnessed clients transform their lives by making important subconscious connections and committing to the process of therapy. I believe everyone was created with a purpose and plan, and I walk along side of my clients to assist in there unique journey. I have experience working with people with a trauma history. I specialize in sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. I enjoy helping clients overcome anxiety and depression. In my experience every person is and has specific needs. I am skilled in several therapeutic modalities and custom each client according to their presenting needs. I do work within the narrative, cognitive behavioral, solution focus, psychodynamic and Gastalt frameworks. I am a Christian therapist and specialize in spiritual integration. I’m also certified in Emotional Transformational Therapy – using light and color to tap into deep rooted subconscious of clients to gain insight and ultimately freedom from past issues.
