I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 5 years of private practice and outpatient setting experience. I have spent the past 5 years supporting professionals in their career development and have a passion for professional coaching and use of Motivational Interviewing techniques. My experience is in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I am a professional woman of color and have vast experience navigating through the dynamics of the corporate world. If you are feeling the stress of work, I am here to support and motivate you!
